Erick MA

Erick MA, born Erick Manuel Alvarado in Dallas, Texas, in 2005, is a Mexican-American urbano/regional singer whose official debut arrived with the single “La Luna y Tu Sonrisa” on May 27, 2022 via Elegante Records, introducing a melodic style that would later lean toward corrido-urbano crossover. After that opening release he spent 2023 developing his sound off-platform and preparing a run of singles; in 2024 he returned to DSPs with a steadier cadence, issuing tracks such as “Puño de Diamantes,” “Corazón Frío,” and “Tiempo,” which began to frame a more reflective, guitar-forward direction. The evolution continued into 2025 with a cluster of songs—“Hace Tiempo,” “Miro Pal Cielo,” “VIDA,” “Tus Ojos,” “¿Cómo Así?,” and “Ying Yang”—that blended confessional writing with stripped arrangements and trap-influenced phrasing, positioning him in the growing overlap between Mexican music and urbano. His breakthrough moment came late in the year with “Le Hablo a Dios a Oscuras,” released October 26, 2025 as a stand-alone single; anchored by a prayer-like hook and intimate vocal, it quickly became his most visible track, earning editorial playlisting and traction across short-form video.
