El Pus was an American rap rock and hip hop group from Atlanta, formed in the early 1990s. The members consisted of Cufrock, Cosmo Tchaka "Kiko" Diallo, Johnny Rock, Woodchuck, and YoungPete Alexander. The group released its debut album Strange Cowboys in 1998 through Vagabond Productions. In 2004, the band released the EP What Is El Pus?. Following studio sessions with the rapper Speech of Arrested Development, the group signed with Virgin Records. The label released the album Hoodlum Rock Vol. 1 in 2005. A remastered version of Strange Cowboys appeared in 2019. El Pus became inactive.
