Donnez

Donnez, a Swedish dansband from Perstorp, Skåne, Sweden, formed in 2000. The lineup includes Donald "Donne" Laitila as kapellmeister and on keyboard, accordion, and vocals, Andy Ekenmo on vocals and drums, Max Lindqvist on guitar, Albin Fredriksson on saxophone, guitar, and accordion, Fredrik Trangbjork on saxophone and guitar, and Martin Lindberg on bass. They gained significant attention in 2010 when they participated in Dansbandskampen, a danceband competition show on the Swedish television station SVT1. They released the debut album De é du (2009). They released several other albums including Om du kommer tillbaka (2010), Den enda sommaren (2011), Acapulco (2012), and Om du vill åka med (2013). They released the single "Acapulco" (2012). Donnez expanded their reach internationally with live shows in the United States, headlining the 15th annual Scandinavian Folk Festival near Jamestown, New York, in 2016.
