Donna Ulisse

Donna Ulisse is an American singer-songwriter known for her work in country music and bluegrass. In 1991, she released her debut album Trouble at the Door under Atlantic Records, which featured two singles that charted on the Billboard Hot Country Singles & Tracks chart. She also filmed music videos for "Things are Mostly Fine" and "When Was the Last Time", which aired on CMT. After leaving Atlantic Records in the early 1990s, she returned to the studio as a demo singer. In 2007, Ulisse released When I Look Back under Hadley Music Group and toured extensively with The Poor Mountain Boys. Notable achievements include winning the International Bluegrass Music Association's Songwriter of the Year award in 2016 and the Society for the Preservation of Bluegrass Music of America’s (SPBGMA) Songwriter of the Year awards in 2018, 2022, and 2023.
