Flavio Daddato, known professionally as DJ Dado, was born on January 6, 1967, in Milan, Italy. He is an Italian record producer and DJ who rose to prominence in the mid-1990s with his contributions to the eurodance and dream trance genres. DJ Dado's breakthrough came with the release of "X-Files" (1996), an eponymous cover of the television series theme which was included on his 1995 album The Films Collection. This track gained significant popularity and marked the beginning of his successful career. Following this, DJ Dado released several notable singles including "Metropolis - The Legend Of Babel" (inspired by Giorgio Moroder) and "Revenge", both in 1996. These releases were followed by his signing with Time Records, where he continued to produce hit tracks such as "Coming Back" (1997) and "Ready or Not" (1998) featuring Simone Jay. His collaboration with Michelle Weeks on the single "Give Me Love" (1998) became one of his most notable works after "X-Files". DJ Dado's discography includes albums like Greatest Themes'99 (1999) and Greatest Hits & Future Bits (2003).
