DISHYPE

DISHYPE was formed in 2022 in Bogotá, Colombia, as an electronic music duo made up of Otto Agustín Orjuela (Otto) and Nicolás Mantilla Schrader (Saki), and it developed a club-ready sound that sat in house and melodic electronic lanes while leaning into Spanish-language hooks and vocal-driven builds. In 2024, the duo began scaling its profile through releases credited both as solo singles and collaborations, including “Kili” with Natalia Giraldo, then consolidated its identity with the 10-track album Umbra, anchored by “Génesis” and a sequence of mood-forward cuts like “Interluna” and the collaboration “I S T H I S LO V E ?” with Oliva. In 2025, DISHYPE shifted into a high-frequency singles run that kept the project in constant rotation: it released “Amado,” followed by “Senda,” then expanded its collab footprint with “Solos” alongside Laura Stangl, “Beza” with Lucca Saettone and Kairy, and “Noara” with 19Clouds and Kairy. The duo also pushed a concept-style pair of tracks via Algora, “Algora (Human)” and “Algora (Máquina)”, continued its partnership with Lucca Saettone on “Eros,” and closed the year with “Solaris,” credited jointly with Dezko, extending its melodic-house direction into bigger, festival-leaning structures while the act remained active.
