Dhurata Dora

Born on December 24, 1992, in Nuremberg, Germany, Dhurata Dora is a Kosovo-Albanian singer who found initial fame in Kosovo where she released her debut single and music video in 2011, "Vete kërkove." Bolstered by the success of her first foray, she released “Get Down,” a collaboration with Don Arbas, in 2012. Her career continued to gather momentum with the release of "I Like Dat," in summer 2013, while her debut EP of 2016, A Bombi, helped to secure her status as a national pop wunderkind. Dhurata Dora's international breakthrough came in April 2019 with "Zemër," released in collaboration with Algerian rapper Soolking. The single topped the charts in Albania as well as charting in Belgium and Switzerland and receiving platinum certification in France. That same year, she jumped on the track "Te quiero" from the reissued album by Congolese-French rapper Gims, Ceinture Noire 9, and in 2021 released another new collaboration with Gims, "Only You." She dropped the reggaeton-spiced single with Luciano, "Adrenalina," in 2022 as well as "Gajde" with Elvana Gjata, which went to number four in Albania.
