Denzel Curry

Denzel Rae Don Curry, born February 16 1995 in Miami Gardens, Florida, is an American rapper and singer who began rapping in sixth grade. He first attracted attention with the 2011 mixtape King Remembered Underground Tape 1991–1995, which led to his membership in Raider Klan. After leaving the collective in 2013, he released his debut studio album Nostalgic 64 while still in high school. Subsequent releases include the EP 32 Zel/Planet Shrooms (2015), Imperial (2016), 13 (2017), Ta13oo (2018), Zuu (2019), Melt My Eyez See Your Future (2022), King of the Mischievous South Vol. 2 (2024), and the collaborative album Strictly 4 the Scythe (2026). Notable singles are "Ultimate", "Clout Cobain", "Ricky", "Walkin", and "Lit Effect". His albums Ta13oo, Zuu, and Melt My Eyez entered the Billboard 200 at positions 28, 32, and 51, with Melt My Eyez later reaching number 17 on its re‑issue.
