Darwin Hobbs

Darwin Todd Hobbs, born on November 30, 1968, in Cincinnati, Ohio, is an American gospel singer whose career began with background vocal work for acts such as Switchfoot and BeBe Winans. His breakthrough came with the 1999 single "Everyday" and the 2000 album Vertical, which reached number 26 on the Billboard Gospel chart. Subsequent releases include Mercy (1999), Broken (2003), Worshipper (2005), Free (2008), and Champion Live (2010). Hobbs collaborated with artists including Donna Summer and Michael W. Smith, and contributed to the HBO film Boycott. His work earned consistent Billboard Gospel placements and established him as a respected vocalist in the gospel and soul genres.
