CY8ER,was a Japanese alternative idol girl group formed on May 31, 2015. The duo consisted of Ichigo Rinahamu and Nicamoq, who began their music career by releasing several songs, including "Hakuchu-mu," which peaked at third on iTunes' J-pop charts. In December 2016, the group added two members, Koinumaru Pochi and Suzukawa Mashiro, and renamed itself to CY8ER following Nicamoq's departure. The group released their first album, BPM15Q All Songs, in January 2018. Throughout its career, CY8ER expanded to six members. Their music was characterized by a unique EDM style with kawaii elements. The group disbanded on January 10, 2021, following their final live show at Nippon Budokan. In April 2022, the original duo announced they would resume activities as BPM15Q under Victor Entertainment’s label.
