CountryBeat

CountryBeat is a Brazilian musical project created by composers Mateus Félix and Léo Souzza and launched in May 2024 with the mission of fusing sertanejo and funk into short, hook-driven “agro/cowboy” anthems. Their debut single “Sonho Dela (Cowboy)” appeared on May 3, 2024 and quickly surged across playlists, reaching strong positions on viral charts in Brazil and internationally. Through mid-2024 the project expanded its catalog with the single “Xona no Peão,” the five-track EP Atualizagro, and the eight-song set Isso é CountryBeat, introducing signature tracks like “Vai Peão” and “Pensa em Mim.” Collaboration became central that same year: the duo joined forces with MC Daniel on “Pampa” and reunited with Luan Pereira for “Filho do Fazendeiro,” which broadened their reach on radio and streaming platforms. In 2025 CountryBeat continued with singles aimed at rodeo season, first with “Os Rodeio Tá Chegando (Pa Pa Pa)” in March, followed by “Gerente da Sicredi” alongside Bruno & Barretto in April, each designed for large festival and arena performances. Later in 2025 they added a live chapter with the EP Isso É CountryBeat, Vol. 1 (Ao Vivo), featuring stage highlights such as “Um Maluco Cowboy,” “Hilucão,” and “Os Rodeio Tá Chegando – Ao Vivo,” as well as collaborations with Rionegro & Solimões on “Apaixona Muita Gente” and MC Tuto on “Ela Só Quer Cowboy,” solidifying CountryBeat as a touring brand with a unique blend of agronejo and funk.
