Climbgrow is a rock band from Shiga, Japan, formed in 2012. The group released their first limited-edition mini-album EL-CAMINO in May 2014. In August of the same year, they earned a runner-up prize in the "Senkou Riot" 10th edition, a teen-only audition. Their debut nationwide mini-album Enter Here was released in October 2015. Climbgrow gained further recognition with the release of their second mini-album EL-DORADO in July 2017, followed by FREEDOM in February 2018 and CROSS COUNTE* in September 2018. In 2019, they released singles such as "Hello Goodbye" and "THIS IS" as Tower Records exclusives. Their indie best album EL-RODAR came out in January 2020. The band faced some lineup changes, with bassist Jin Tanaka leaving in February 2020, and Ken Tatsuya joining as the new bassist. Climbgrow made their major debut in 2020 under Getting Better with the single "CULTURE." In 2022, they released the limited live and digital track "NO HALO". Bassist Ken Tatsuya departed in November 2022, and Shoutaro Tanigawa joined in July 2023. They released their album EL-MAR on March 12, 2025.
