Caity Baser

With her catchy hooks and straight-from-the-heart lyrics, Southampton-born alt-pop dynamo Caity Baser (July 7th, 2002) became an overnight sensation in 2020 after casually uploading a video of her song "Average Student" to TikTok. Waking up to one million views, she bagged a deal with a management company, quit her job, and her fate was sealed. In 2021, she dropped her debut album for Chosen Music, Lil CB, and went on to score viral hits with "Virtually" and "Friendly Sex," on which she sings about a FWB (friend with benefits). In 2022, she unveiled another new single, "X&Y," which was produced by Lilly Allen's producer team Future Cut along with hit-making producer Digital Farm Animals. Her debut EP, Thanks for Nothing, See You Never followed in February 2023, which spawned a UK Top 30 hit in the "Pretty Boys" single. She achieved chart fame again in March 2023 courtesy of the "Feels This Good" (#93) collaboration with Mae Muller and Stefflon Don, and again in May that year as a featured artist on Joel Corry's "Dance Around It" (#61). Nominated for the Rising Star award at the BRITS 2023, she dropped her second full-length offering, Still Learning, in March 2024, featuring 14 tracks co-written by Caity Baser.
