Byun Jin Sub

Byun Jin-sub, born Jin-seop Byeon on 30 July 1966 in South Korea, is a prominent singer known for his contributions to the K-pop and pop music scenes. He began his career with the release of To Be Alone (홀로 된다는 것) in 1988 under the Ssangyong label, marking his breakthrough into the music industry. His early success continued with several notable albums, including Back to You (너에게로 또다시) released in 1989, and Farewell (어떤 이별) in 1990, which solidified his presence in the Korean music landscape. Throughout the 1990s, he released a series of albums that showcased his versatility as an artist. Notable releases include The Reason to Be With You (너와 함께 있는 이유) in 1991, You to Me, Again (그대 내게 다시) in 1992, and Image '94 (1994). His work continued into the 2000s with releases like Drama (2007), which was released under T Entertainment. In addition to his studio albums, his career was marked by significant collaborations and live performances. His discography also includes notable soundtrack contributions, such as Desperate Mrs. Seonju in March of 2025.
