Buried Alive was a hardcore punk band from Buffalo, New York, formed in 1998. The group featured Scott Vogel on vocals. Buried Alive's debut release was the "Six Month Face" 7" single in 1999, followed by their first full-length album Death Of Your Perfect World. The band signed to Victory Records and released two more albums: Last Rites (2001) and a split 7" with Reach the Sky. Buried Alive toured extensively with notable acts including Snapcase, Vision of Disorder, and Hot Water Music. In 2000, they were approached to contribute an unreleased song to Redstar Records' compilation The Sound and the Fury. The band disbanded in 2002 when Scott Vogel formed Terror. Buried Alive reformed in 2020 to record "Death Will Find You" on Bridge 9 Records, marking their first recording in two decades.
