Beathoven is a Norwegian group formed in 2021 in Oslo, comprising William Fredriksen, Johannes Andres Knudsen, and Jonas Andersen. Their breakthrough came with "Stay Keeg" in April 2022, which reached Number one on the Norwegian charts; a collaboration with Henrik Oven contributed to its viral success. In June 2022, "Sør-Afrika" also topped the charts, earning a nomination for Song of the Year. The group received the Spellemannprisen award for Party Music in 2022 and was nominated for P3 Gullâs Breakthrough of the Year the same year. They released their debut album Jeg fÃ¥r være som jeg er in January 2024, followed by Sorgenfri in April 2024, both solidifying their status in Scandinavian rap.
