BandoKay

Hailing from the Broadwater Farm projects in London, BandoKay (born Kemani Duggan) is a British rapper whose provocative style has put him on the spotlight as one of the UK’s most hyped drill acts. He is the son of Mark Duggan, whose death at the hands of the police instigated the 2011 England riots. Duggan is mostly known for being a member of up-and-coming UK drill trio OFB (Original Farm Boys), along with fellow rappers DoubleLz and SJ. The group’s first collaborative effort Frontstreet (2019), received great reviews and was ranked Number 15 in Dazed Digital’s Best Albums list of that year. Hot on the heels of Frontstreet’s success, he was featured in “Magic,” a collaboration with Double Lz and iLL BLU that peaked at Number 46 on the UK charts. “Patient,” (2020) a haunting drill track featuring production by M1onthebeat, entered the single charts at Number 92 and spawned a video directed by visual artist Suave.
