Baby's Gang

Baby's Gang was an Italian Italo disco and synth-pop band formed in 1983, comprising thirteen teenagers fronted by vocalist Ivana Spagna. The group was created by producer Alfredo "Larry" Pignagnoli and released their debut single "Happy Song" (1983). Baby's Gang signed with Memory Records and achieved significant success with their hit single "Happy Song", which was later covered by German disco band Boney M. in 1984, turning it into a European hit. Their first album, Challenger (1985), was released later. Following the album release, Spagna embarked on a solo career with the song "Easy Lady". Baby's Gang disbanded in 1989.
