Autoheart is a British indie-pop band formed in London in 2011. The group consists of Jody Gadsden on vocals, Simon Neilson on piano, keys, and saxophone, and Barney JC on guitar, bass, and keys. Their origins trace back to 2007 when Gadsden and Neilson collaborated under the name The Gadsdens. Autoheart released their debut album Punch in July 2013, preceded by singles such as "Control" and "Lent". The band's second album, I Can Build A Fire, was released in August 2016. Notable collaborations include Anne Haight on vocals for tracks like "Oxford Blood" and Keziah of Black Gold Buffalo on the title track of their third album Hellbent (October 2021). Autoheart has also released EPs such as My Hallelujah (June 2017) and Time Machine (September 2022), along with various singles including "Wretch" (December 2019) and "Juggernaut" (August 2023).
