Anomie Belle

Anomie Belle, born on August 7, 1980, in Portland, Oregon, is an American musician known for her multi-instrumental and vocal talents. She began writing and recording music as a child, initially trained as a classical-violinist. Belle's debut album Sleeping Patterns was released in 2008, followed by extensive tours with artists such as Little Dragon and Tricky. Her second album, The Crush, was released in 2011 and featured collaborations with Mr. Lif and Jon Auer of The Posies. Belle's third album, Flux, was released in 2016 and included an interdisciplinary art project featuring visual art pieces displayed at Modern Eden Gallery. She contributed vocals and production to Yppah’s album Eighty One (2012) and created original music for Sean Dorsey's dance-theater work, Boys in Trouble, which premiered in April 2018. Belle's notable single is "Lovers" (2016).
