Annika Viktoria Wickihalder Pettersson was born on 25 January 2001 in Sweden and pursued a career as a singer. After finishing third in Idol 2021, she released her debut single "Speed of Sound" in February 2023, followed by the EP Hollow in June 2023. In March 2024 she entered Melodifestivalen with "Light" and advanced to the final, where she placed eighth on 9 March 2024. The following year she returned to Melodifestivalen with "Life Again", qualifying directly from heat three on 15 February 2025 and again finishing eighth in the final on 8 March 2025. Throughout her career Annika Viktoria Wickihalder Pettersson has maintained a presence in the Swedish pop and urban pop scenes, with her releases receiving steady radio play and chart placements in Sweden. Her participation in national competitions has solidified her reputation as a consistent performer within the contemporary Swedish music industry.
