Annalisa

Italian singer Annalisa Scarrone, nicknamed Annalisa or simply Nila, was born in Savona, near Genoa in Liguria, on August 5, 1985. From the age of eight, while growing up in Carcare, she learned to play classical guitar, then took piano and flute lessons. After singing lessons, she joined the SIAE, the Italian Society of Authors and Publishers, as a songwriter, registering 72 songs, including all those featured on her debut album Nali, released in 2011. Famous since her participation in the Amici di Maria de Filippi TV competition (2010-2011), where she finished in second place, Annalisa released the album Mentre Tutto Cambia in 2012 and took part in the Sanremo Song Festival, where she finished fifth with the track "Scintille". The same year sees the release of her third album Non So Ballare. She performed again at the Sanremo Festival in 2015 with the song "Una Finestra Tra le Stelle" (4th) and in 2016 with "Il Diluvio Universale" (11th). Two new albums were released, Splende in 2015 and Se Avessi Un Cuore in 2016, before her return to the competition in 2018 with the song "Il Mondo Prima di Te", which finished third. That year, her sixth album Bye Bye reaches #2 on the Italian sales charts and wins a platinum disc. Two new tracks are released in 2019: "Avocado Toast" and the duet "Vento sulla Luna" (no. 74) with rapper Rkomi. In 2020, the tracks "House Party" and "Tsunami " reach no. 73 and no. 83 on the Italian charts, while the album from which they are taken, Nuda, reaches no. 2. Its reissue, Nuda 10, released in 2021, brought the hits "Dieci" (no. 7) and "Movimento Lento " (no. 8), a duet with Federico Rossi. After collaborations with Rose Villain on "Eva + Eva" and Boomdabash on "Tropicana", Annalisa consolidates her popularity with the album E poi siamo finiti nel vortice (2023), her first No. 1 album, featuring the hits "Bellissima" (No. 7), "Mon amour" (No. 1) and "Sinceramente " (No. 2), of which she records a French version. She also took part in Fedez and Articolo 31's "Disco Paradise" (no. 3) and sang with Tananai on "Maschio " (no. 11 in 2025).
