Amigo de Artistas

Amigo de Artistas is a Chilean cumbia duo formed in April 2024 by Diego Noguera, known as godie., and Vicente Cibié, known as V.I.C., a two-singer project that first took shape online before moving quickly into recorded releases and live bookings. Their first year brought a rapid string of singles including "Amor Fugaz," "Lloré," "Girasol," "2 Extraños" and "Brindo," followed by the EP SOBRE UNA NUBE DE ALGODÓN, which included "Boomerang" and helped establish the melodic, youth-facing cumbia-pop style that became central to the duo’s identity. In 2025 they expanded that run with "Por Ti," the EP Aniversario #1, and a long sequence of singles such as "La Mitad," "Siempre Volveré," "No Fue Culpa Tuya," "no me llores," "SOL Y LUNA" and "sin saber amar," while also announcing their first official Chilean tour. The same period brought their widest breakout yet with "Puñaladas," a collaboration with Lauta and Tote that pushed the project into viral and regional chart conversation, including global and Latin viral traction reported in Chilean business press. By 2026, Amigo de Artistas had moved into a larger festival phase with Lollapalooza Chile and Lollapalooza Argentina appearances, while continuing to release new material such as "Olvídame," "UN DÍA NUEVO (FUEGO)" and "Me Niego A Soltar."
