AK-7, a Mexican Duranguense band, was formed on May 28, 2007, by seven former members of K-Paz De La Sierra. The group released their debut album El Avion de Las Tres soon after formation, featuring the single "El Avion de Las Tres". In April 2008, AK-7 announced their second album, Renaciendo, which included singles "Digale" and "Hotel de Carretera". Their third album, Reafirmando El Vuelo, was released on February 23, 2010, with notable tracks such as "Loco Enamorado" and "El Diferente". On November 10, 2010, AK-7 released their fourth album, Locura Romantica, featuring singles "Dame Un Beso Y Dime Adios" and "Locura Automatica". The band's discography also includes albums such as Arquitecto De Tu Amor (2013) and Reservado (2023). AK-7 won the Lo Nuestro Awards for Breakout Artist or Group of the Year in 2009.
