Ai Furihata

Ai Furihata, born 降幡 愛 on February 19, 1994, in Nagano Prefecture, Japan, is a singer and voice actress. She began her career as a voice actress in 2015 with the role of Ruby Kurosawa in the anime series Love Live! Sunshine!!. Furihata made her debut as a solo singer in Fall 2020 with her first mini album, Moonrise, under the new music label Purple One Star. Her subsequent releases include the extended plays メイクアップ (2020) and Memories of Romance in Summer (2022), along with the studio album Super moon (2023) and the EP COLD MOON (2025). Notable singles include "ホホエミノオト" (2024), "東から西へ" (2021), "CITY" (2020), and "シークレット・シュガー" (2021). Furihata's versatility extends beyond voice acting; she has also participated in internet programs like Love Live! Sunshine!! Aqours Niconama Kagai Katsudō ~Trio da yo! Ichi, Ni no Sunshine!!~, which began on February 5, 2016. Additionally, Furihata is affiliated with Across Entertainment and has been part of sub-units like CYaRon!, alongside Anju Inami and Shuka Saitō from Love Live! Sunshine!!.
