826aska, born Hachiniiroku Asuka on August 26, 2001, is an electric organist hailing from Fukui Prefecture in Japan. Her musical journey began at a young age when she started playing the piano at the tender age of five, moving to the Electone (electronic organ) at eight, where she began honing her skills, eventually uploading her videos online. In December 2015, 826aska's talent garnered widespread attention when she posted a Star Wars medley. The video quickly went viral, amassing over one million views in less than a month, catapulting her into the limelight and giving her opportunities to showcase her skills on various Japanese television programs. In May 2016, she made an appearance on Miyaneya, as well as Nakai kun no manabu switch, a show hosted by Masahiro Nakai, further solidifying her reputation as a rising star. In March 2019, 826aska released her debut album, DEPARTURE. The album, which showcased her incredible musicality and mastery, climbed to number 33 on the Oricon chart. Following the album's success, 826aska embarked on a nation-wide tour in 2019, continuing to make her mark in the industry, releasing Possible in 2020 and Smile in 2021, solidifying her position as a rising star, with the albums peaking at number 36 and 24 on the Oricon chart, respectively. In 2023, 826aska released her fourth studio album, to the delight of her fans, titled With You, peaking at number 38.
