12th Planet

12th Planet is the performance name of American DJ and dubstep producer John Christopherk Dadzie, born on 7 June 1982 in Los Angeles. Originally performing drum and bass under the alias Infiltrata, he adopted the name 12th Planet in 2006 upon transitioning to dubstep. He served as the head of A&R for SMOG Records and the Disciple Records sub-label Disciple Round Table. His recording career includes the debut extended play Smokescreen (2008) and the debut studio recording The End (2012). He has collaborated with artists including Skrillex and Kill The Noise, appearing on the track “Right On Time” (2011). Dadzie has performed at festivals including Electric Daisy Carnival, SXSW, and Ultra Music Festival. His discography includes the studio recording Swamplex: Next Level (2020).
